About the role: 

  • Create and maintain robust controls within paperless environment;
  • Process staff expenses on a daily basis

Management Accountant – Ireland Remote

About the role:

Revolut are looking for an independent and result-oriented part-qualified Accountant to sit within the Finance team with a focus on the accounting and financial compliance for their expanding network of overseas branches. You will be part of the Group Finance, based in the local office and someone who is diligent, takes care of important details, takes ownership of their tasks and is not afraid of new challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Key member of the team responsible for working with in house and external teams in the provision of the branch close and reporting process 
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to help set up new branches, establish reporting processes and to ensure financial compliance requirements are satisfied 
  • Managing the reporting process and driving / assisting with issue resolution
  • Reviewing and approving accounting records and entries prepared by external partners
  • Monitoring and providing assistance in the tax and regulatory reporting requirements of local branches.  Ensuring transfer pricing processes are followed and documented

Regulatory Reporting Manager – Ireland Remote

About the role:

You will join the Global Reporting Team which sits at the forefront of global banking regulation, data management and reporting that serves as the focal point for all the regulatory reports to internal and external stakeholders, regulators, as well as other third parties. Compiling, reviewing and managing all types of reports ranging from CoRep, FinRep, Statistical and Annual Reports across multiple jurisdictions which will offer you a breadth of experience and knowledge. Additionally further shaping their in-house developed framework for global reporting purposes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist Revolut increase its product offering and international expansion by scoping out our new reporting requirements and setting up the reporting processes to enable full automation of the reporting processes
  • Ensure that all reports are generated correctly, are fully reviewed and submitted on-time
  • Assess, develop and maintain proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approach for all reporting areas – automated and manual – associated with regulatory reporting function
  • Communicate issues with appropriate data owners. Monitor and track issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions are achieved
  • Participate in bank examinations and internal and external audits
  • Stays current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assess impact and ensure compliance for accurate reporting
  • Working closely with our financial and accounting teams to ensure financial reporting and decision support is consistent in all future regulatory applications

What you need:

  • You have worked on one of COREP, FINREP, statistical reporting
  • You are familiar with CRR, CRD IV, EBA guidelines
  • You have worked with a regulatory reporting standard software
  • You have strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • You can make sense out of regulation and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports and enhance existing ones
  • You have a minimum of 3 year’s experience as an IT consultant, regulatory reporting manager or accountant
  • A self-starter and independent worker
  • You are a highly self-motivated individual and have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to local cultural aspects and work in a highly diverse environment

Financial Reporting Manager – Irish Remote/Dublin office

About the role:

A key member of the Group finance team, driving high standards of financial reporting across the business through the continuing development of the financial reporting controls and processes and application of technical accounting and reporting requirements as part of the Group Financial Reporting function.

The Group Financial Reporting function is responsible for the Group’s external financial reporting requirements, including the Group’s annual financial statements. This includes selecting and implementing the Group’s accounting policies, ensuring that the Group’s financial statements comply with the relevant requirements and best practice, assessing the accounting implications of new products and services, and providing technical accounting support and advice to the relevant business and financial control teams across the world. 

As a result of the international growth of the Revolut business allied to the increasing complexity of our products and services, the breadth and complexity of its financial reporting requirements are increasing. In addition to which, the Group is undertaking a conversion of its financial reporting from UK GAAP to IFRS, and is looking for a high calibre individual with experience of the application of IFRS in the financial services industry.

This role will support the ongoing development of their financial reporting, processes and controls within the existing Group Financial Reporting function to help ensure the objectives of the Group and the financial reporting and control needs of the regulated entities continue to be met in a cost effective, controlled and efficient manner.

This role can either be done remotely anywhere in Ireland or in our Dublin office.

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial reporting requirements, either within practice (preferably with recent experience of providing IFRS accounting advisory services), or within a financial reporting role in industry.
  • Proven experience of applying IFRS technical accounting and financial reporting in a complex and regulated environment.
  • Experience of SEC financial reporting requirements for Foreign Private Issuers (“FPIs”).
  • Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).

About the role:

We are looking for a smart, focused and proactive Data Analyst to sit within the Group Finance Department. Ideally, you will have experience working in the finance function of a bank, large brokerage firm, or technology firm focused on data driven financial flows and month end process.
